Order Your Repeat Prescription Via Patient Access Online

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by leaving a request in the box located in the entrance area at each surgery.

Requests given in at Meir Park Surgery will be available for collection from Meir Park. Requests given in at Meir Primary Care Centre will be available for collection at Meir Surgery.

If you provide the Practice with a stamp addressed envelope we will return your request by post. If you have lost your repeat slip, don't worry you can hand write your request and we will deal with it the same way, but please remember to include your name, date of birth, address, dosage, name of drug and quantity required.

Pharmacy

If you struggle to get to one of our sites then you can always drop your request off with your nominated Pharmacy, they will then get in touch with us to let us know what you required and we will then request it on your behalf.

Various local pharmacies provide a delivery service for repeat prescriptions. Please enquire at your chemist as these services vary from pharmacy to pharmacy.

Most pharmacies will supply "blister packs" a lot of our elderly patients tend to use these and they provide a safe and convenient way to take your prescribed medication. Please check with your local or nominated pharmacy to see if this is something they provide.
